Job Description

• This is a full time, school based special education paraprofessional position. You will be working 35 hours per week with preschool students. 
• You will be supporting academics, social and emotional behaviors along with assisting students with individual needs. 
• You will assist the teacher with daily tasks, run lessons as monitored by the teacher, monitor recess and lunch activities. 
• You must be comfortable working with students with mild to severe disabilities. 
• You will provide a supportive learning environment for students with autism and/or emotional behavioral disorders. 
• You will work with your assigned student to help facilitate their learning experience throughout the day. 

Job Requirements

• Active Fingerprints with WA OSPI
• CPI or Right Response Training Preferred 
• Strong background in education and working with students with disabilities 
• You must have an immediate reference available 

Interview Process

• 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
• 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district
• Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
